Window Frame Installation Method

1. Before installing the window, the lower layer of the hole needs to be cleaned, the lower layer of the window close to the wall needs to be cleaned, and the hole-punch mark fixing point should be marked. When installing the window, it is necessary to install the window stably on the hole, fix the position, and fix it with screws.

2. Measure the length and width of the window to ensure that the size of the window and the hole are consistent, and mark the size of the on-site processing.

3. Fix the window with bolts and tap it gently with your hands to install it. If the window frame is hollow, you need to make a deep hole.

4. After the window frame and the window opening are connected, check whether the window is installed correctly. Mark the fixing points around the window edge. The horizontality and verticality need to be checked and marked. Determine the horizontality and verticality before installing the window.

5. After the window is adjusted, the gap between the window frame and the wall needs to be filled with pipe groove caulking material. Pay attention to clean up the excess caulking material and smooth the base surface.

6. After fixing the window frame, install the window sash and other accessories. Apply waterproofing agent evenly around the window frame to prevent rainwater from seeping into the room through the gap between the window and the wall.
